In Demolition each team must attempt to plant bombs at certain locations designated by markers A and B on the map. The first round will be one team attempting to plant bombs while the other defends. If the attacking team manage to destroy both targets then they win that round. If they do not manage it and the timer runs down then the defending team wins the round. In the next round the roles are reversed. If after both rounds the scores are tied, a final round takes place where the team with the highest number of kills defends.

While these game can be over in 3 minutes, they often last quite a long time, I have had one game go on over 20 minutes. This is because when a bomb is planted, the game timer stops and is replaced by the detonation timer on the bomb. If the bomb is defused the gameplay timer restarts. This can go on and on if both sides continuously plant and defuse the bomb leading to a potentially never ending game. As such, demolition can be great for earning large killstreaks and possibly breaking records.

I have found while playing Demoilition that Willy Pete’s and Nova gas work extremely well. Most players do not play with the Tactical Mask Perk and as such are susceptible to Nova gas. I highly recommend using this along with Warlord Pro, semtex and C4′s. Willy Pete’s tend to be very good when planting the bomb as your enemies won’t know where you are. They will attempt to grenade you and if you have Flak Jacket equipped then you are pretty safe.
